Supporting Materials
Supporting materials help judges experience your work beyond the written submission and ensure we can accurately represent shortlisted entries publicly.
These assets may be used publicly if your work is shortlisted.
1. Live Creator/Team Links
FOR CAMPAIGN CATEGORIES: Judges value seeing the work in the wild. Including direct links to your campaign’s creative output helps bridge the gap between written results and real-world execution.
FOR PEOPLE & TEAMS CATEGORIES: Upload examples of the case studies you have mentioned in your entry or link to team footage/testimonials.
While not compulsory, you are strongly encouraged to provide:
1–5 direct links to live creator content across relevant platforms.
Seeing the work in context can significantly strengthen your submission, particularly where craft, authenticity or community response are central to the idea.
Please ensure all links are publicly accessible and remain live for the full duration of judging.
2. The Campaign Snapshot Image (Compulsory)
All categories, excluding People & Team, must upload one Campaign Snapshot image.
This Snapshot is not scored against the written criteria. It will, however, be visible to judges and used publicly across shortlist announcements, our website, social channels, press coverage and at the awards ceremony.
This is your most visible asset.
It should visually summarise the core story of your submission and communicate impact at a glance. You may adapt existing case study materials or presentation slides. It does not need to be created from scratch.
Think of it as one strong hero image, supported by clear proof of the campaign in action.
What to include

What you actually did, and how it lived natively on platform. - The Proof
Your best, most credible results. Quantified wherever possible. Commercial impact and creator/platform impact both count.

Each shortlisted entry must submit a Ceremony Creative.
This asset will be used in ceremony production and, if you win Gold, may appear on your official winning entry page.
