Judging Criteria - People & Team Categories

People & Team categories follow a separate framework from campaign awards. They are evaluated on sustained performance and contribution over the eligibility period, rather than a single piece of work.

Entries are assessed against the following weighted criteria:

1. Overview (Not Scored)

Maximum 150 words

Introduce the judges to your individual, team or organisation.

Provide context on their role, remit, scale of responsibility and where they sit within the wider business or industry.

This section is not scored but helps judges understand the context of your submission.

2. Performance & Growth - 40%

Maximum 350 words

Assessment of measurable commercial performance during the eligibility period.

Judges assess:

  • Revenue growth, business expansion or commercial contribution (where relevant)
  • Client retention and expansion
  • Campaign performance or creator growth (where relevant)
  • Evidence of sustained business results

3. Leadership & Influence - 35%

Maximum 250 words

Assessment of leadership and industry influence.

Judges assess:

  • Strategic direction, innovation or initiative
  • Team leadership or contribution to team success
  • Thought leadership or wider industry impact

4. Culture & Contribution - 25%

Maximum 200 words

Assessment of organisational culture and contribution to raising standards within the creator ecosystem.

Judges assess:

  • Commitment to responsible and ethical practice
  • Investment in talent development
  • Contribution to raising standards within the creator economy

Judges expect clear, evidenced examples rather than general statements.
