Can I change my entry?No. Once submitted you are unable to amend your entry.
I submitted my entry at the early bird rate, can I change my entry after the early bird rate has passed?No. Once you have submitted the entry it will become locked when the next deadline stage is active.
Is there a period when the work must have taken place? Yes, the campaign or activity must have been carried out between 1st January 2024 and Last Chance Deadline 29 January 2025.

Can I submit an old campaign from a previous year?Any entries which have been submitted in previous years may not be submitted in 2025, unless you can clearly showcase considerable developments in the execution and results that have occurred since the last time it was received. It cannot be a simple resubmission of the previous entry.
Our company is based outside the US, can I enter? Companies from anywhere in the world are welcome to submit, but the activity must be targeted at US consumers.
Can I add & delete categories in Evalato myself?Yes – NEW to 2025, the platform now allows for the registrant to add any categories they choose and delete any they no longer wish to enter.
Will my entry be available for public view?Yes (executive summary only) – If you win, the information provided in the executive summary will be used to build the ceremony bio and later, a winners article written by our Hello Partner Journalists. You can therefore rest assured that it will not be shared verbatim. They will be accompanied by your creative and winners interview from the night of the ceremony. This is great exposure and you can share this however you wish.
Can we pay via invoice?Yes, please contact us – If you have 2 or more entries, you will be required to pay the balance before the relevant deadline that you are submitting by. It is important that you share with us your billing address.
When is the deadline cut off?This will be at midnight (23.59 PT Time Zone) on the date of the specific deadline.
