The Partnership Awards, now in its 5th year, celebrates the advertisers, agencies, publishers, affiliate networks and technologies pushing partnership marketing forward across North America. Rebuilt as a digital-first awards programme, everything is designed to give you value that lasts far longer than a single night in a room.

Simply entering puts your work in front of our editorial team and an expert judging panel. If you’re shortlisted, you get immediate visibility across Hello Partner, our social channels and email network. You’ll feature in the official shortlist announcement, receive dedicated social promotion, and join a private finalists community for open conversation, connections and knowledge-sharing.

What you need to know…

Four Steps Away From Winning!

  1. Prepare your entry
    This entry kit is your survival guide. It contains every link and how-to that you could possibly need to know about starting your journey with us. In the first few tabs it will explain everything from deadlines to eligibility periods and judging tips. It will also link you through to the category criteria spreadsheet – the document which explains in depth the criteria and descriptions for each of our awards and shows you how to structure your entry.
  2. Submit and pay for your entry
    Evalato is our entry portal. Here, you will be able to select categories, edit your entries and submit. As we operate a tiered entry system, you will be asked to pay upon submission, but don’t panic if this is going to be a challenge for you; alternate payment options are available and explained in the entry kit FAQs.
  3. Judging and shortlist 
    After submission, the hard work is done and it’s over to our judges. You can find details about the judging process on the website and in this entry kit if you wish to explore the ‘hows’. When judging is complete we come away with a full shortlist and (secretly contained within) our winners.

  4. If you’re shortlisted…

    Get ready for the ‘Winners Reveal’ on the 11th June 2026, to be launched at 5pm (EST) Make sure you’re in the office with your colleagues and get ready to toast your winning campaigns!

New Categories

We have 29 Categories this year which includes 9 NEW categories.

Updates to Criteria!

  1. We now ask you to declare that you are following regulatory and legal guidelines for marketing in regions where the campaign was executed by ticking a box in Evalato upon drafting your entry for submission. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with advertising standards, transparency requirements, and disclosure regulations. Submissions found to be non-compliant may be disqualified.
  2. We also acknowledge the inevitable use of AI in campaigns / entries, so a declaration of how this is used will be required, this will not be marked but show clear transparency to the judges on how AI has been used in your campaign / entries.
  3. This year we have decided to showcase your entries during the ‘Winners Reveal’ through your company logos in a bespoke winners social assets. Please supply us with a clear png. version of your logo and any additional partner/client logos you wish to publicly credit.
  4. Please carefully read the criteria for the respective award categories as they have been slightly altered from 2025. This is to ensure streamlined guidance for effective submissions.

Eligibility Period

To be eligible for entry in each category, the work must have first been implemented between January 1, 2025, and March 3, 2026.
