FAQ's
- Can I change my entry?
No. Once submitted you are unable to amend your entry.
- I submitted my entry at the Early Bird rate, can I change my entry after the Early Bird rate has passed?
No. Once you have submitted the entry it will become locked when the next deadline stage is active.
- Is there a period when the work must have taken place?
Yes, the campaign or activity must have been carried out between 1st January 2023 and Last Chance Deadline 16th July 2024.
- Where can I view the Category Criteria?
You will be able to view individual guidance for writing the entry for each category via our link here.
- Can I submit an old campaign from a previous year?
Any entries which have been submitted in previous years may not be submitted in 2024, unless you can clearly showcase considerable developments in the execution and results that have occurred since the last time it was received. It cannot be a simple resubmission of the previous entry.
- Can I add & delete categories in Evalato myself?
Yes – NEW to 2024, the platform now allows for the registrant to add any categories they choose and delete any they no long wish to enter.
- Will my entry be available for public view?
Yes – If you win, our journalists will create a winners article and ceremony bio from your executive summary. Please do not put anything in the executive summary that you do not want to share publicly.
- Can we pay via invoice?
Yes – If you have 3 or more entries, you will be required to pay the balance before the relevant deadline that you are submitting by.
- When is the deadline cut off?
This will be at midnight (23.59) on the date of the specific deadline.
