How to Enter

  1. Decide which categories you would like to enter.
  2. Read the entry guidelines carefully before you start writing your submission. Lots of our categories have different criteria. Make sure you’re preparing the right information for each category to score maximum marks.
  3. When applications open (16th April), create your Evalato account to submit your entries when they’re ready. You are able to have multiple accounts for one company but to ensure you and your team have total visibility and access to the entries, we’d recommend nominating one person to be your account holder and sharing the login details with your team.

  4. Prepare your entry – You will be required to complete the form which will match the sections outlined in the Category Criteria You will need to think about a creative entry name including your company name (imperative) and the client name (if applicable) in a maximum of 80 characters. This is how your entry will be listed on our website for public viewing (should it make the shortlist), so try to keep it engaging and concise.
  1. Write your entry into Evalato.
You will be asked to upload you and your partner/clients company logos in .ai or .eps vector files.
You will also have the chance to submit 1 page of supporting evidence (optional).
  2. Next step, is to upload your Entry Creative which will be included in our final video presentation at the ceremony (if you are shortlisted). Please refer to the Entry Creative section below for more details.
  3. Submit your entry.
  4. On Submission you will be asked to pay. This is compulsory as the prices change between deadlines.

IMPORTANT: If you should like to pay via the invoicing option on the website, please SAVE your latest DRAFT before proceeding to payment.

For a VAT receipt or if paying by card is not an option and you need an invoice, please contact the Awards Team.

  5. Entries can be edited post submission / deadline upon special request, however the price difference will be charged on resubmission.

.

That’s it! The shortlist will be announced on the 10th September 2025.

Entry Creative

As part of your submission we require you to upload an entry creative which will not be judged but will be used in the ceremony production, website, winners article, and winner social posts.

This is your chance to show off your campaign, team or partnership, so please be creative!

Tips

  • Video creatives may only be displayed for a few seconds during the finalists section of the ceremony, so it’s important to ensure your design is effective even in a brief viewing.
  • Include your branding, but be more creative than just your logo.
  • Include campaign video footage or imagery when available.
  • Avoid screenshots of analytics or spreadsheets and excessive text!
  • Video is more engaging than a static image.

For each entry we need an entry creative in one of the following types, listed in order of preference:

Video – a short clip, approx 10 seconds long, 16:9 format, not relying on audio, .mp4 filetype, max file size 15mb.

Image – 1920px wide x 1080px high, PNG or JPG file types

To help our team please would you kindly name the files with the category name and your entry title e.g. best-use-of-data_company-x.mp4
