Prepare your entry
This entry kit is your bible. It contains every link and how-to that you could possibly need to know about starting your journey with us. In the first few pages it will explain everything from deadlines to eligibility periods and judging tips. It will also link you through to the category criteria spreadsheet, the document which explains in depth the criteria and descriptions for each of our awards and shows you how to structure your entry.
Submit and pay for your entry
Evalato is our entry portal. Here, you will be able to select categories, edit your entries and submit. As we operate a tiered entry system, you will be asked to pay upon submission, but don’t panic if this is going to be a challenge for you; Alternate payment options are available and explained in the entry kit FAQs.
Judging and shortlist
After submission, the hard work is done and it’s over to our judges. You can find details about the judging process on the website and in this entry kit if you wish to explore the ‘hows’. When judging is complete we come away with a full shortlist and (secretly contained within) our winners.

We have 34 categories this year which includes 10 NEW categories.
We will now ask you to declare that you are following regulatory and legal guidelines for marketing in regions where the campaign was executed by ticking a box in Evalato upon drafting your entry for submission. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with advertising standards, transparency requirements, and disclosure regulations. Submissions found to be non-compliant may be disqualified.
We also acknowledge the inevitable use of AI in campaigns / entries, so a declaration of how this is used will be required, this will not be marked but show clear transparency to the judges on how AI has been used in your campaign / entries.
To be eligible for entry in each category, the work must have first been implemented between January 1, 2024, and July 9th, 2025.
The Awards will be held at the 5* Jumeirah Carlton Tower on the 20th October 2025.
